Using high quality bauxite as raw material, with addition of expanding agent, shaping at high pressure by a special ball- shaping machine and firing at high temperature, the regenerative balls are characterized by high bulk density, high strength, low creep at high temperature and large thermal capacity, and hence can increase the blast temperature and reduce fuel consumption. The regenerative balls with different diameters can be manufactured according to customers' requirements.
