Cold ramming paste is a paste specially developed for cathode carbon blocks of aluminum electrolytic cells. It is used to fill the large gaps around the cathode, the gaps between carbons, and to connect the cathode steel rod and the cathode carbon block.
This paste shows good high-temperature linear changes during the roasting process, and the linear shrinkage rate is less than 0.15%. During the cathode construction process, the temperature window is very wide and can adapt to the ambient temperature of 17-42 degrees.
During construction, the carbon block does not need to be heated or sprayed with adhesive. The construction process is simple and the construction quality is easy to ensure.
