Fast dry-out and anti-explosion self-flow castables are high performance castables fulfilled by combining fast dry-out and self-flowing technology, which are especially suitable for using where anchors are densely distributed, like in the case of roof, or the configuration is complicated, like in the case of walls and water pipe bundling zone, where castables are otherwise hardly placed and densified by vibration. They also offer advantages of good air tightness and avoiding inclining or damaging the anchor bricks by vibration. They can meet the requirements of shortening construction time and fast dry-out. The preheating time is 3~5 days and 4 days or so can be saved, comparing when common castables are adopted. The valuable time for starting production can thus be very much saved. Therefore, they deserve to be the good choice for annually big and medium overhaul of various industrial furnaces.
