"Refractories for monolithic lining of hot metal mixer and installation technique" were developed independently by our company to replace the conventional brickwork to give good integrity, higher safety and good insulating effect. Consequently, the problem of roof brickwork collapse has been overcome and the service life of slag line and tap hole zone has been significantly improved. This achievement was approved as a science and technology achievement organized by Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province and granted national invention patent. The technology has been successfully applied in domestic hot metal mixers with capacities of 300, 600, 900 and 1300 tons, with service lives of 1 to 3 times that of the original brickwork linings.

      According to application and service conditions, we have developed mullite castables, mullite-zirconia castables, high alumina-silicon carbide castables and high alumina-mullite castables for roof, slag line, tap hole and bottom respectively. We can offer full service from lining design, refractory supply, installation to working out operation regulations, maintainance, etc.
