Environmentally friendly waterless taphole mud

Blast furnace anhydrous taphole mud is made of high-quality high-aluminum clinker, silicon carbide and clay as the main raw materials, with special additives and composite binders. It is easy to make mud, and the pass rate of the iron mouth depth is more than 98%; the time for withdrawing the gun is short; it is easy to open, and the opening rate is more than 98% at one time; it can form a mushroom head in the furnace, which is beneficial to protect the furnace; it has good resistance to slag and iron erosion, erosion resistance, slow hole expansion, and long iron-tapping time. Different types of taphole mud can be selected according to the volume of the blast furnace.
