Prefabricated anchors and burners made by low cement castables with different raw materials are featured by high density, high strength, good thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance and can be designed with different structures and shapes. The products are suitable for various industrial furnaces fueled with gas or oil and chamber passages of regenerative furnaces. They have not only been applied in more than 50 domestic steel making enterprises but exported to France, Russia, India, etc.
