Unshaped refractories for hot blast stove include dense castable, ramming mixes, light weight castable and coatings. Characterized by good airflow erosion resistance and chemical attack resistance, prefabricated ceramic burners made of GS-H castable have been widely applied in more than ten iron and steel enterprises with good results. The dome of hot blast stove is rammed by SiC fillings, featured by good compactness, high thermal conductivity and thermal capacity. Characterized by high strength, low thermal conductivity and good thermal shock resistance, CH castable is suitable for branch blowpipes and linings of hot blast valves.
