In order to reduce carbon pollution during the smelting process of low-carbon steel and ultra-low-carbon steel, our company has developed alumina-magnesium spinel carbon-free bricks. It is made of corundum and high-purity spinel as the main raw materials and added with ultra-fine powder, and is produced by high-pressure molding process or casting prefabrication. This product has good slag resistance and spalling resistance, and a long service life. It has been successfully used in a 210-ton refining ladle of a domestic steel plant, with a service life of 120~150 times.
